Wherever we can, we try to provide eating disorder treatment in community settings.

However, that may not always be possible, and in some cases you may require more intensive support at Rharian Fields - our inpatient eating disorder unit based on Milton Road in Grimsby.

It’s our aim to empower you to achieve freedom from your eating disorder.

Visitors are welcome after 4pm on weekdays, but we're flexible and visits outside these times can be arranged with the team.

How do I contact Rharian Fields?

We accept referrals from GPs and other healthcare professionals, so if you think you would benefit from support from Rharian Fields, you should speak to them.

We can provide privately-funded treatment, but all referrals to us must be accompanied by a recent physical health test which would need to be carried out by your GP.

NAViGO is part of the FREED network, providing a rapid response service for 17.5 to 25 year-olds who have been living with a first episode eating disorder for less than 3 years.

You can refer yourself by completing this contact form, or if you're a health professional seeking to refer a patient you can do so here.

If you have any questions or would like to speak to a member of the team, send an email to nav.rharianfieldsadmin@nhs.net and we’ll respond as soon as we can.

If you’re in a mental health crisis and need urgent help, call the Single Point of Access on (01472) 256256 and select option 3. They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Alternatively, you can call NHS 111 free from a landline or mobile phone.
