Struggling with the symptoms of an eating disorder?
Rapid early intervention is available now through FREED
NAViGO is part of the FREED network.
Rapid Early intervention for Eating Disorders (FREED) is an evidence-based early intervention model for eating disorders, tailored to young people’s needs.
If you or someone you care about is suffering from the symptoms of an eating disorder the best way forward is to get help and support as early as possible.
If you are:
- 17.5 to 25 years old and
- have been living with the symptoms of an eating disorder for three years or less and
- your GP is North East Lincolnshire-based
then you may be eligible to access support through FREED.
After contacting us, we will respond within 48 hours and, if eligible, assessment will begin within two weeks.
We may feel this service might not be suitable for you. If this is the case, we’ll signpost you to other support so you can get the help you need. If you are in a mental health crisis, please call (01472) 256256 and select option 3 or contact one of the other organisations here.
If you're a health professional, you can refer a patient by completing this separate referral form.
